Refund/exchange available for damaged items ONLY.

I must be notified of the damage within 48 hours upon delivery, via instagram @nhale201 or email at Nhale201@Gmail.com.  

Also, i need proof of damage to file an insurance claim so you are responsible for taking pictures broken goods and the damaged box, then email them to me within 48 hours.

Once i get the pictures of the broken item, a full refund or exchange will be issued.

 I have the right to refuse a return if the item appears to be tampered with or used.
